*The second presentation* of the Institute on the Constitution will begin October 5th, and run for twelve weeks. It is being hosted by our party's state chairman, John Beal. The classes will be held at First Presbyterian Church, 318 S. Cedar Street in Spokane, each Tuesday at 7:00 PM. Come early on the 5th for the pre-lecture social which will begin at 6:30 PM.
