Institute on the Constitution

Continuing Education Classes

Thursday, July 28, 2005 @ 7:00 p.m.
Otis Orchards Library
22324 E. Wellesley, Otis Orchards, WA

This month's Institute on the Constitution Continuing Education Class will be one that you won't want to miss. We are privileged to have District 3 Idaho Representative Phil Hart coming to speak to us.

Phil Hart is nationally known for his research on income tax and is the author of a book on the subject titled Constitutional Income: Do You Have Any? (offsite link). He has a Master's of Business Administration degree from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an engineering degree from the University of Utah. He manages Alpine Engineering in Coeur d' Alene.

Phil is perhaps best-known for his nearly five-year battle with the IRS. He sued the IRS in 1998 over the constitutionality of income tax. In 2002 he petitioned the Supreme Court, but lost. During the class he will talk about his ordeal and also about the Liberty Dollar, to tie in with the previous month's class on money and banking. You will likely leave this class with information that you may never learn anywhere else.

IOTC-CE classes are held on the last Thursday of every month and next month's is scheduled for August 25th at the Valley Library, 12004 E. Main. For more information, you can call Randall Yearout at 924- 7080.
