The September Institute on the Constitution Continuing Education Class will be a little different this month. For part of the class we will watch a DVD featuring Michael Peroutka titled "The Philadelphia Five". It's about the Christians who were arrested and jailed for preaching on the streets of Philadelphia. During the rest of the class time we'll discuss congressional reform and what the Constitution Party platform says about it. Everyone should come prepared to cite examples of where it is needed.
