For this month's Institute on the Constitution Continuing Education Class we will watch a video by Dr. Herb Titus titled "Take Back Your State By Interposition".
Note From the Chairman - When I received the above announcement for this month's meeting to pass on to you, I was very pleased. I have heard Mr. Titus share on this topic before and find it very fascinating. Interposition is one of the most important and least understood concepts of our common law heritage. This is a principle that every Constitutionalists needs to understand.
