On November 29, 2005 at 2:00 PM, the Spokane County Commissioners will proclaim December 15th, 2005 and EVERY December 15th, hereafter, as the Spokane County "Bill of Rights Day".
COME Celebrate Bill of Rights Day -- ALL the Bill of Rights for ALL Citizens!
Everyone is encouraged to buy something off the menu as a way of saying thanks for the use of the meeting location.
Please let everyone on your e-mail list know, so we can have a good turnout.
Of course, this is open to the general public.
