On Saturday, March 19th, the State Committee of the Constitution Party of Washington will be meeting at Bonney Lake, just east of Puyallup in Pierce County. Non committee members are welcome to attend and observe the morning business meeting which will begin at 9:00 AM.
The highlight of the day will be the "Principles in Action Workshop" which will begin at 1:00 PM. The workshop, which is open to the public, will feature exciting presentations intended to arm you with essential knowledge of current political issues and strategies. We want to see our supporters grasp the vision of our cause then be propelled into meaningful action that will effect change in our culture and its political institutions.
Featured speakers will include:
- Marsha Richards, Director of the Evergreen Freedom Foundation's Education Reform Center. Marsha will be addressing "The State of Education".
- Seattle radio talk show host, Mike Siegel, will be speaking to us about Washington State Initiative 900, the "Performance Audits of Government Initiative".
The workshop will provide a wealth of necessary information for those seeking to engage the political process here in our state. As they say, "knowledge is power", so come to this event and get some.
