  1. Life: For all human beings, from conception to natural death;
  2. Liberty: Freedom of conscience and actions for the self-governed individual;
  3. Family: One husband and one wife with their children as divinely instituted;
  4. Property: Each individual's right to own and steward personal property without government burden;
  5. Constitution: and Bill of Rights interpreted according to the actual intent of the Founding Fathers;
  6. States' Rights: Everything not specifically delegated by the Constitution to the federal government is reserved for the state and local jurisdictions;
  7. American Sovereignty: American government committed to the protection of the borders, trade, and common defense of Americans, and not entangled in foreign alliances.

The Constitutional Law Enforcement Project

The Constitution Party of Washington announces its implementation of The Constitutional Law Enforcement Project in conjunction with the Friends for Liberty Coalition speaker, Sheriff Richard Mack, on his successful visit to the Greyhound Park/Events Center on 11 November 2009.

           Sheriff Richard Mack:
    Sheriff Richard Mack
  • Former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona
  • Author of 5 books, including The County Sheriff, America's Last Hope
  • Long-time crusader for freedom and individual rights.
  • Challenged the Brady Bill. US Supreme Court sided with him citing State sovereignty.
  • Lectures on constitutional issues, gun control, law enforcement, States' rights, the drug war, and the oath of office.

In accordance with a resolution recently adopted by the Constitution Party National Committee, the Constitution Party of Washington is calling upon the county sheriffs in Washington to heed the counsel of Sheriff Richard Mack and do their part to "Save our Constitution."

On October 24, the Constitution Party National Committee passed a resolution addressing the role of county sheriffs in saving our Constitution. That resolution calls on all state party affiliates to follow the example of the Constitution Party of Florida, by forwarding to every county sheriff in their state, an article from the October issue of The New American magazine. The article, "Can the County Sheriff Save the Constitution?" addresses Sheriff Mack's experiences and his advice that county sheriffs simply say "No" to the enforcement of unconstitutional federal mandates.

The Constitution Party of Washington is currently in the process of sending copies of this important article to county sheriffs within the state, along with a cover letter encouraging those sheriffs to follow the advice of Sheriff Mack by refusing to enforce federal laws that conflict with the US Constitution and to expel from their counties federal agents who seek to enforce such laws against the citizens of their county.

The Constitution Party of Washington is calling on citizens throughout their states to follow suit and contact their county sheriff, encouraging him or her to read the article, Can the County Sheriff Save Our Constitution? and imploring them to 'Just Say No to Unconstitutional Federal Mandates!'

You can help out by contacting your local sheriff with a copy of the article and your own personal letter of concern.
